Dissatisfied

I went to Buco in Rustenburg CBD to purchase wood material for built in.My bad experience was with the cutting department where they couldn't account to me of when are they going to be able to finish to give me the goods that I purchased.They gentleman that was working at their till gave me a very bad attitude that I am not their only customer.When I asked about their SLA time he referred me to some short African guy who is doing the cutting he was very confused when I asked him about their SLA he then rep**** that my things will be ready of Friday the 06 October 2017. I am wondering if that is the service Buco give to their customers if that is their service they do not leave to their values. I hoped for better service I am very disappointed.
