Disgusted

Not even deserving of one star.

Purchased materials to be delivered, nobody knows where it is or where it is, or even when it will be delivered. Been calling everyday to make sure, buy your systems are always down. Was assured that order was placed. Contractors are booked for tomorrow and we have no materials.

It's Friday, get told we have to wait to Monday to find out what's happening because the man who confirmed our order was placed, went home at 12:30.

Pathetic! Customers need to get what they pay for. Will never refer people! Will not return!
