Defective roof tiles causing big damages to my house

4 years ago,I bought whole new roof,design from scratch and all roof tiles and accessories from Buco Honeydew.The man that did my roof design was truly 5 stars with his work and proffesionalism. He also recommended a good installer that is well know to Buco.I bought all Sabs approved items and paid the premium for it.My house is double storey so I don’t get a chance to see the top of the roof very often.I have had constant water leaks from cracking roof tiles and from the storm water gutters overflowing and getting blocked.I blamed anyone and everyone that ever touched the roof tile for any breakage.Sadly I was completely wrong as the insurance man and 3 other roof specialists came out to check and advised that the roof rules are defective and showed me the pattern of corner breakages which seems to be ongoing.the corner pieces that break off gets washed into the storm water drains and blocks the roof drains and causes flood damage In my house.This has been ongoing from the time of installation.I bought many extra tiles as back up so I have just been cleaning up the broken pieces of roof tiles and replacing as it happened.I have decided to launch and formal complaint against Buco for selling me inferior quality roof tiles and causing many consequential damages to my house.can some senior exec from Buco advise on how they can assist to resolve the crisis caused by the defective roof tiles which corners keep breaking off.unhappy stressed customer
