Complaint

I made a quote for building material at BUCO hardware and buildware Mthatha ( Callaway Street ) and few weeks later I made the transfer into the hardware’s account and when I went there I was told that some of the goods that were included were on promotion at the time the quote was done so I would need to add on more money to get everything I was quoted for,so I requested that I be given some of the goods and then refunded the difference and it’s been almost a month and I haven’t received anything but instead I’ve had the manager of the store being rude and telling me that he will not allow me to get a refund I should rather add on money instead and now the house I’ve been building has come to a halt and I need this issue resolved soon.
