Building Material

I bought staff from them 2018, i misplace my receipt so i couldn't collect my staff, i went to them and explain the situation and i tried all i could to convince them to check their system in which they refused, after 4 months i found my invoice and went bank to them, instant of assisting me the manager took my invoice went uptairs with it and told me they cant do anything about it as their system has change for that matter im the one owing them storage money for my goods, the funny thing is that when he came back the back part of the invoice that one that is supposed to be sign and be detached by the people at the back was taken our by the manager saying that it is useless i wont need it anyway, i even said to him i don't need my money bank a can buy anything from the shop that equates to the same value on the invoice, i still have the receipt with me.
