Buco the very worst

Approximately 3months ago I approached Buco Brits to order some Eurloux mini-spiral globes g432bp - and a Ronnie placed the order in the order book - they will get back to me About 2 months later I enquired about my order and they could not find it and rewrote another order in the order book - they will get back to me Yesterday after another month I enquired about my order with Gerard who phoned the supplier who was not sure if the product was discontinued. This morning I phoned Glo-lighting - they have over 1000 in stock!! What more can I say? - Buco have no client support - no customer service - and obviously a lack of capacity and inclination to sell to their clients- amazing in what is supposed to be competitive business environment Buco has to be one of the worst building suppliers in SA ...
