BUCO SOMERSET WEST

Good day Peter,

I am Keenan Lategan, a customer care executive for a company called Ilanga outsourcing. I have started servicing a BUCO branch in Somerset West and had not by far seen a hardware store as busy as theirs. They do an amazing service in terms of getting goods delivered timeously and go as far as to pack the stock on delivery to the satisfaction of the clients needs yet the staff have a condition to only deliver and not to pack, going the extra mile shows a good deal of positive character in the corporate world . The respect and hospitable comfort clients receive on both ends of the hardware is unmatched and i am truly grateful to be apart of assisting their journey of success day by day. I am proud to say that we will grow and work together on keeping their clients happy and in growing a successful development in terms of their constructive and concise methodology in fact they are so tremendous at what they do they had won an award a few weeks ago for their Branch doing the best in the country.
