BUCO shocking service

Recently provide a new roof for my house. I can honestly say when it came to delivering it was ok but the installers they provided to do the install was shocking. did not install the roof as per the specification and the shocking service I received after the fact and queries was pathetic. I would not recommend them for any body doing a roof installation. we sustained thousand in water damage and repeat roof inspector showing clearly the failures which required rework after rework. They also collected excess material to the value of R7500 which was not used and over a month cant issue credit note. they dont reply to emails or phone calls
