Buco ******** people

In March I placed an order of materials with Buco East London, Beacon Bay. I paid upfront and material adding up to the value of R208 000 was delivered to me. However, Buco did not deliver material adding up to the value of R94 840. They did not have the material in Stock and when I requested a qoute the sales man told me they had the material. Had I have known that Buco did not have all the material I required in Stock, I would have not paid them the amount of that material. I have asked Buco for a refund of the material they do not have and they have refused to refund me R94 840. They have offered to refund me R18 984 which is not the amount they owe me. I am disgusted by their dishonesty, they were not honest with my when they gave me a qoute and they accepted my full payment even though they knew they did not have all the material In Stock.
