Buco Poor Service

My name is Lindo Mzobe I recently used a loan which I was awarded by Buco and had a credit balance to receive since the goods I needed were unavailable, I asked a sales rep to credit me since they cannot commit to delivering the full service. That request was rejected even though I was initially told it would be possible. Furthermore my goods were delivered far from where I requested and the driver gave off a really bad attittude. I am really disappointed at the whole service experience I received and I still have not received my refund so I hope that this review reaches the right authorities to assure that this type of service is not to continue as it ruins the reputation of the business.
