BUCO Pinetown Mr Trevor Naidoo

I would like to report a matter that happened today 02/04/2025 at Buco Hardware in Pinetown. I bought 70 00 tile Roof Double Roman Through Colour Red Coverland with other four items Total cost was R4, 038.56 Document Number PIN-INC/***6.

When I get home and offload the goods I found out that two tiles were broken on the side. I went back to the hardware the guys from the floor admitted that it was their fault not checking but they advice me to go to the returns desk and spoke to Mr Trevor Naidoo. To my surprise Mr Naidoo refused to replace the two broken tiles he was not professional he was arrogant towards the customer.
