Buco PE grossly overpriced and offering very bad and dishonest service

Buco in PE gives multiple different quotes for same items, and refuses to give SASSA discount anymore (they did a few years back). Furthermore, they promise delivery on a certain day then delay it for several more days. Representatives all unhelpful, and eventually manager Justin utterly rude and belittling on the phone, trying to mock and ridicule me, and refusing to refund the amounts due. He also pridefully said I must careful what I say as his wife is a head pastor at a big church (0bviously not a christian church). Do not do any big projects through them as they are grossly overprices and one cannot trust their *********, dishonest service.
