Buco manager sucks

I ordered things from them last Saturday. In shop sales person told me my original things are not there. I took different colour roof sheets. He looked to see if store has what I want and put the order through. Promising delivery on Monday. Late Monday after me calling in and asking about my delivery I was told they waiting on supplier. By when do I need it. I said I can wait until Friday. I called the morning to ask about delivery and was told they will get back to me. Which they didn't. I called the afternoon again and got the same story. I finally got a call at 5 the afternoon 30 min before closing time to say I am not getting it they will try for today. I already booked workers for the day and time was set. I went in at 8 to ask about my delivery and felt they stressed me out. I want a show of good faith/ compensation of sorts because my contractor left before things were delivered they had another job and I had to pay them their day. ****em Moegda the manager then gave me a cap,pen and line yard to advertise Buco.

Must I really advertise their name for giving me bad service?
