BUCO HARDWARE REFUSING TO PAY A REFUND

I have had the worst experience with BUCO HARDWARE BUTTERWORTH BRANCH, it has been 3 weeks since we have been waiting for a refund of R21 500.We produced all necessary receipts but till this day we are being given a run around. I am extremely hurt and frustrated.
