Buco Hardware Giyani

I ordered materials from Buco, only to find out that the order is incorrect, i called the store to inform them of what happened, and if i can possibly change the material and pay the difference.. to my surprises, i am paying also for delivery?? Why if i am not the one who made the mistake of capturing the incorrect things??? I am flabbergasted with their service.. :(
