BUCO HARDWARE CAN I PLEASE HAVE MY REFUND

My name is Suzan, bought 1500 roofing tiles from Buco hardware Mafikeng branch..they only delivered 1114 tiles...they promised a refund...its now two weeks no one knows when will I get my refund as I m not the only one waiting for a refund their refunds are paid by headoffice in Bloemfontein...I was given the Bloemfontein financial manager Miles who promised to call me back as soon as he knows what's the hold up...still waiting for feedback...I called customer care they are not in the position to tell me where is the hold up...I just have to wait as they dont know what is the turnaround time...its now two weeks waiting for my refund that I dnt know when will it be paid
