Buco - Great service and great prices

What a pleasant place to shop at. Every time I get there, there are about 3 people that ask if they can help me, and they know what they are talking about, unlike Builders Warehouse where if you can find a staff member, they are clueless. This morning I was helped by Jaco (I assume he is the store manager). I had a problem and he assisted me in sorting it out. This is service with a smile. Although their selection is smaller that BW, their service makes it worth your while to shop there and they are on average 20% less that BW. Well done guys, keep it up, you will see me again and again. You have hit the customer service nail on the head, and to Jaco, you are what in my books I call a store manager.
