On 27/09/2023, I purchased goods, but there were two items from the order that were not loaded on the deliver vehicle (Rolltop Ridges and V Hip starter Ridges), this was realised once the goods were already offloaded, now they are giving me a run around to get those remaining goods from the store, I now have to wait until monday since they are short staffed and need to count stock, while I have workers waiting for the goods to finish the job, I'm also incurring unnecessary delivery costs as we speak, and they are also telling me about a penalty fee that I need to pay,
