Buco Beacon Bay

I've been in the kitchen manufacturing industry since 2002 and have bought materials from many hardware stores around the country. I've often pulled my hair out at lies, delays and late deliveries (as in a week after the promised date sometimes).

I came across Buco Beacon Bay by accident in December 2018 and have been buying boards there ever since. Its been a good experience (my first with any board dealer), and of late, dealing with Buco Beacon Bay has been such bliss. The service I receive is flawless and I believe it is greatly as a result of incredible management of staff and processes from Danie Van Der Merwe, Donald Branford, and Enoch Mthini in the factory. I really appreciate these three men and the effort they put in DAILY to make me a satisfied customer.

I've got good relationships all over East London with board dealers because I am polite and don't show my frustration, and I know of a reputable company where I've been a customer since 2002 to, who are cheaper than Buco, but even though this is true, my first choice is Buco Beacon Bay because of the amazing experience I always get as a customer.
