BUCO

On the 21st October 2023 I went with a quotation that I received and paid for to collect my items at the BUCO BELGRAVIA ROAD ATHLONE. They did not have all my items in stock as I was informed. I was then advised by the store manager to come the the next week for the items. I then went back to the store on the 23rd October 2023 and was infirmed that the stock is not in store yet, so I asked them to refund my monies back to me. I dealt with Kashiefa who processed the refund at the till onto my card and she warned that if the monies did not reflect then I should give them a call. From the 30th October Ive bee struggling to get through to the store to speak to someone until I decided to contact head office who then informed that they cannot help as the store processed the refund. They managed to get me through to the store however, Kashiefah works till 4pm and I could not be assisted with my query. Ever since then Ive been trying to get Kashiefa or anyone (Even the guy Latief who generated the Quote for me ) to assist me but to this day I STILL DONT HAVE THE MONIES REFUNDED TO ME. Today I called and was informed that Kashiefa is not today and neither is the store manager. The stores assistant manager wasnt in her office to take my call either. So *** must I do??!!! All that I have been told is there is a delay and the money is hanging somewhere. Kashiefa will call the bank and get back to me, Maar Kashiefa Is by die huis minding her own business.
