Best service I received in my life

<p>I have had the oppourtunity to deal with Adriaan at the Buco Chamdor store. I was busy building some extensions and required assistance regarding my roof with the old house and the new sections. Firstly I contacted Buco and spoke to Adriaan de Jager. He told me he does not go out to measure and inspect roofs but will be able to have a look after hours if that is ok with me. He arrived the evening and we went outside to have a look at the old roof and where the new roof would go. He immediatlly showed me where there would be water problems as per the architects drawings. He asked If we have a few minutes then he could show us immediatly what the roof will look like. He went to his vehicle took out his laptop and quickly did a 3d picture for us. It has now been a few months and the whole structure was manufactured and installed as per his idea. I have had no water problems yet. Thank you once again Buco for having such professional and trained staff to help customers that does not now the industry.</p>
