Hi I would like to say i have been satisfied with service that i got from this guy Caswell he knows how to approach a customer i felt welcome on Saturday 3 September he gave me a quality service he knows his story I think he deserves to get promotion or salary increase he’s the best he approached me while i was alone in the store walking by tiles side and i was thinking of leaving the store because the other lady she approached me while she was pressing her phone she didn’t even bother to help me that’s why I told her that I’m fine until the guy came and fest thing that he did he greeted me ask me how can i help that’s where i felt welcomed he made me feel welcome Keep it up Caswell we need someone like you in the stores those we go to purchase our goods and services
