bad service from John Martin

The service I get from Bucco is below standard and unacceptable. Have been communicating wt John Martin to deliver my goods on the 5th of April 2016 and he confirmed delivery but delivered nothing. I bought maxi bricks of which they were R 1000 more than Cashbuild, hoping for better service but Bucco is the worst. As a small contractor will never buy from Bucco anymore. You pay more but you get poor service. My project will be delayed and I will have to pay over time to cover the lost time.
