Bad service buco klerksdorp

I bought 4 bags coment for the 3rd time in Buco and within a space of 3 weeks due to the project I am busy doing. I have never recieved any of my my orders on time and always told sales people doesn't communicate with delevery people.

This is bad service and if they promise people goods on surtain time they only just looking for sale not good client service.

Buco klerksdorp needs to change its service as I twice had to buy cement on top of ordering with these guys.

It's sad and disgusting that we still experiencing service that is lower standard as we have recieved 3 times supporting them with olmost 120 bags of cement.

When I spoke to the delevery manager he indicated maybe they will send tommorow the sales man must see which is not a guarantee that after 2 days of no delevery I still have to endure their internal sqaubles.

Buco fix your sales people.
