Bad service

I am utterly dissatisfied with the service received from Buco. I bought a tap for R2000 from the Buco in East London Arcadia, they refused to give me a return after I bought that tap and returned it the SAME DAY. Donald the store manager was so rude, I cannot believe he had the nerve to say I cannot return the tap. I am well aware of the CPA’09 and as a paying customer I have the right to return the product given that I am not happy with it. I will never buy from Buco again, you don’t play with people like that. Are you aware how expensive taps are these days to be ****med over 2k in broad daylight? I am sending this review as a warning to future customers to be aware of Buco’s ******** ways.
