Bad service

On Friday 30/9/22, late afternoon I purchase 5 bags of cement in Belgravia road arrived about past 4 to 5 side. Once getting my receipt I now went to collect the bags, and because they close, at 5, the guys giving me the items, through the 5 bags of cement in my car, 2 of it on the car jack and one on the gorilla locks for steering wheel, breaking the 3 out of 5 bags causing a mess in and around the car.
