Bad management

The attitude given by Manager by the name of Sisa Somdaka is not good. I purchased material on the 23April 2018, the material was over. When I returned the material he refused to refund me until I called head office. He then responded to me. When I left he made comment saying that " I will see to it that she suffers and get her money after 7days she doesn't know me, I will call regional manager and influence him".
