BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

Hello Peter BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE at BUCO HARDWARE MITCHELL'S PLAIN TOWN CENTRE. On the 28 August 2025, around 10:15 I was at Buco Mitchell's plain. A worker, coloured guy, his name is John. Around 10:15 I was at the store. He was on the first desk of the entrance door. I was him "Are you working here? Because I would like to get some help from you" Instead of answering me "Yes/No" He reply to me "What's it's written here?" Pointing his hat and jacket. I just passed looking around in the shop someone who can assist me, without bad attitude. The black guy assisted me with kindness, because I was looking a electrical box with plugs, not the main switch. He advised me to look into another shops around, since Buco is not selling it. He said the person who knows directions is John. We went to him, he refused to assist. Keeping pointing me I was rude to him at the beginning. I said it's okay if he doesn't want to assist me. He keeps shouting, swearing at me. I went I outside the shop he follows me, keep swearing me, pointing at me, threating to beat me. I said he he does so, I will report him to the police. I am very disappointed with poor customer service. A male worker to wants to beat a 6months pregnant woman. My cell number is ***.
