Bad Customer service

So on Monday the 27th of August I went to buy some masking tape at Buco in Port Alfred. I then went to the cashier who was not at her till point. I was informed by security that she had gone to the bathroom. She came back after about ten minutes, did not greet me nor apologize for the delay. When to her the least she could do was to greet me she shouted me and gave me Bad attitude.
