Aftercare at it's worst - School System Fails to Monitor their Vendor

I have had the worst experience with Gloria Jensen who is contracted to Buccleuch Primary Aftercare.

She is absolutely rude and unwilling to listen to a parent has no concern for the kids well being and is just after money.

I had a medical emergency and she doesn't even care to listen, I have thus far escalated the issue to the education department as this is not beneficial to the kids and she just throws them out of aftercare with no prior arrangement.
