Bad service

So not with the service i got at bucs today. We came in as a table of 6 . Not knowing how the operate. At the front entrance they told us that wee have to buy a coupon of R100 of which we had no problem with . We got a table . One waitress came and gave us a menu and left .. without saying a word. We waited for a while with no assistance . Until we approach one to assistance us . When ordering she asked if we knew about the 10 percent tip for a table of 6... we said no .. they only told us about the R100 coupon . And funny thing . At front we told them that we are 6 and they said nothing. With limited budget we are forced to pay . If we were aware we could hv gone somewhere else . They cant even take their coupons back so we can find somewhere else to go. We even asked to speak to the manager . She couldnt even come . I had to go myself to her . Poor poor service . Their menu is in capital letters yet the 10% charge is in small letter and at the bottom . Not visible to one's eye. Im nt happy at all. Because it seems like we paying their salaries with this compulsory 10%.

Not to mention the fact that they didnt explain their policy from the start. Its like a trap forcing to come in for their benefit . Because they knew we wouldnt be able to return the coupon. Funny thing it was even the manager who assistant us at the front 😡
