I want my money back

On the 15th i went to Buccaneers in East London ,we were told that we pay 100 rand and we get vouchers and a stamp on the hand .We sat down and enjoyed ourselves then we thought of going to sit outside but inside the resturarant ,while we were there , we felt lets get inside but it was raining , we rushed as the wind was blowing and the rain started to fall, we rushed with my 3 friends to get in .When we sat we realised that we dont have a voucher on hand ,we went back to check , the voucher is gone .We thought okay we do have a stamp to prove infact at the entrance it is compulsory to pay 100 rand so obvious everyone who us inside have paid and the stamp is there to prove it .We reported the matter to the manager who didnt want to give us his name ,he referred himself as Mr.P we were amazed that the manager would want to refuse giving out his name at a restuarant that is well known as that.I told him I lost the voucher because of suddenly cacthing the rain outside ; we asked if he can check the footage as to check who took it ,he said he cant see asthe footage covered certain area , I ended up paying double.voucher costs 100 and since they dont have cameras i must pay double .How can u say i did not pay whereas i have stamp.Why did we have stamps in the first place , and the strategy for vouchers for me is to ***** people ,you will loose a card in an bar why is it dependent only on a card but not stamp.i feel it is so unfair for buccaneers to have such rules .Mind you i dont drink i loose thr voucher when running away from the rain outside ,imagine people who have beers will loose the voucher and got to pay double .i feel you are ripping people of because i had a stamp on hand but you wanted me to pay so my 100 was a gift to you.people like irate and angry people because i bet if i had made a scene i wouldnt have paid that money .how can a bar that big not have cameras all around .You have tourist that always come and go there as it is a busy area ,what will happen if they loose their stuff and claim they is no footage.I was ****** and i wany my money back , taking my money and the peple or bouncers even came and asked if we were assisted because the logic is i cant be inside and yet i didi not pay 100 rands i want my 100 eand back ,how can you do business like that ,scrutinising people like that i agree i have lost the voucher but the fact that i was there that means i have paid 100 rand already ,how come i am paying 100 rands again .That should count stamos and all .they did not understand as well people inside.if that is the way of doing business then i feel u need to change your strategy not unless you have your own agendas about people .taking people money like that.I want my money back,kindly help us to figjt people like theae Buccaneers East London *** help me fight them we have been taken advantage for quite sometime i am going to stand for what i believe is my right
