I had a complain about a pair of buccaneer shoes that I bought. They came back to me in about 10min after I email them the complain about the shoes.Brian was the consultant and he was very helpful in the matter.he even went the extra mile by sending me the shoes because im staying in knysna.Im very greatful for that and because of this my daughter can wear her new shoes to school.thanks buccaneer and Brian.
