Buccaneers no longer quality and no service suppor

I bought a pair of buccaneer boys school shoes on the 17th of July and 1 month through winter the threading at the back of the shoe started to come lose. I took the shoe back to the reseller GemShoes Parow as the shoe carries a12 month warranty only to betold that the manufacturer will not be fixing the shoe due to wear and tear. For goodness sake the shoe was not even a month old when it broke. Over the years we only wore buccaneer shoes asfor their quality. I dunno what is happening to their quality. We pay a decent amount of money for these shoes and then this is the type of after sales service we get. Oh No!!!
