Angry person

I am very angry right now because I know nothing about this company but you repeatedly deducted money in my account. I tried communicating with you and you said I must send you my contacts whismch was my e-mail address to be specific and you said you don’t have an account with that e-mail, you promised to refund me but instead deducted another R300 in my account!!
