DO NOT USE THIS PHOTOGRAPHER

This company took the school photos at my Grandson's school in November 2015. In December 2015 on last school day photographs delivered to school, without the photos of my grandson. Phoned Nicole excuses will have them delivered to school. Then they would be delivered to my home.... nothing. After yet another phone call would be delivered to school on first day of new school year. Photos received with my name on it......to my surprise photos of some other kid. Photos back again to Nicole. When photos of my grandson were eventually received the information at the bottom of the photo was incorrect. Stating Grade R instead of Grade 1. The class photo was not even of my Grandsons class. After sending an e-mail on 25 January 2016 telling Nicole about this and that we want these photos redone for free as well as the money spent on these photos being returned we have still not had any response from her. The service given by Nicole and her company has been absolutely pathetic and with a don't care attitude. I advise anybody who is thinking of using this company to think again.
