Very disappointing experience with Bubbles Car Wash in Tzaneen.
Very disappointing experience with Bubbles Car Wash in Tzaneen. About a year ago we took our car to Bubbles Car Wash in Tzaneen for a valet service. Shortly after the wash we noticed problems with the steering wheel controls and the indicators/blinkers. We informed Bubbles about the issue and took the vehicle to the manufacturer to inspect the damage. There was damage to the blinkers, which Bubbles did initially pay to have repaired. However, the steering wheel continued giving problems. When we took the car back to the manufacturer, they discovered water underneath the steering wheel, which had damaged the electronic components. We sent this information and report to Bubbles Car Wash, but since then they have not taken responsibility for the damage. They have not logged a claim with their insurance and are refusing to pay the cost of the repairs. As a result, we are left with a bill of almost R6,000 due to damage that occurred while the vehicle was in their care. It is extremely disappointing that a business would treat customers this way and refuse to resolve an issue caused during their service. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Bubbles Car Wash in Tzaneen.
