Laundry not returning clothes

I tried collecting my laundry today. It’s during office hours on a Wednesday. But the BUBBLES AND BEYOND LAUNDRY in Plein St Cape Town is locked. Nobody is answering their many phone numbers. I’m a visitor and leaving CT later today. I’m frantic. What do I do to get my clothes back.
