I ordered a photo-book to commemorate my niece's matric ball, and it being the first time I used the template, chose the wrong size. Upon receiving the completed item, I totally flipped and send Burblepix a not so nice e-mail. Mr Ryan Love responded in a very dignified way and explained where I went wrong, and also explained the pricing to me. I was clearly the one who had made the mistake.<br> <br> He also offered me a free-of -charge replacement copy in the correct size, which was printed in record time and are now on its way to me. I want to thank BURBLEPIX and Mr Love for understanding my human error and for being gracious enough to re-do the order in the size that I wanted, at no extra charge.
