VERY DISAPPOINTING!!!

I purchased the Tablet Bubblegum 4 from your Musica store at the of the South yesterday. We charged the Tablet as per your instructions online for 6 hours and the Tablet will not go on. it only goes to the bubblegum screen and goes off. it shows its charging. I even tried the USB Charger and the car Charger....nothing is working

This is completely disappointing and frustrating both for me and my daughter who was excited about this product. Why are you not doing factory checks before items are sold!

This is completely unacceptable and needs some form of compensation for the inconvenience caused. When I pay for produt I expect it to work! Someone should get back to me urgently
