Please read before purchasing.

If i could i would give them 0 stars At first i did research on them and saw a couple of people complaining but i decided to give the product a try because everyone experience are not always the same. And i really want a tablet thats kid friendly which is why i didnt take a normal tablet ,which i could have ,seeing that it woould have cost me less any way. The first week of purchasing the product the charger came apart, which i thought okay thats fine i can use my own charger but than the touch of tablet stopped working within a month. They opened it up and billed me over the phone call of R800 or close to R800.

He than says the thing that makes the touch not work is rusted which is a sign that liquid got inside ...me thinking how the hell did liquid get inside and rust the damn thing, ask the guy how did it that happen and he says he does not know but it will cost R800 to have the thing fixed which his fixing two things which is the rusted thing and the screen i than ask him why u fixing the screen cz it goes on ,you said only the rusted thing need replacement ,he says it together but his billing me separate for each of it. Non of this make sense i wasted a R1900 and i cant have something fixed, thats the price of a brand new tablet .. warranty on this tablet was useless .. this tablet is not kid friendly because it was exactly as an alcatel tablet which i cost R900 than this useless tablet thats slow and breaks quick .
