Multiole shody repairs

Hi

I'm rather annoyed that bubblegum tablet s you see we received an during the course of later th7s item a few days after we received was taken in for repairs at this point it should've been exchanged as ut was an OBF the problem was the charging socket ut was repaired and sent back it has been sent back and forth every 3 months, the item was faulty again th7s nth and afternoon numerous repairs they refuse to exchange saying its been repaired and the unit is out of warranty now however despite this the unit has been in multiple times whilst in warranty.

The item spends more time in transit than anythubg else. How horrid is this
