Bubblegum tablet a waste of money. Terrible customer care

In Feb this year we purchased a bubblegum tablet.3 months later the tablet screen goes blank. I send it in for repairs. Took a month. And got it back. Its under warranty so i didnt need to pay. A month later the screen starts going blank again. I emailed them to complain as i cannnot keep going up and down to the store i purchased it from. They send a courier to pick it up from me.

Now i get an email to say i must pay for liquid damage which i never cause firstly.

I have heard so many bad reviews on this tablet after i purchased it but didnt think it would be so bad.

Honestly you would make a big mistake purchasing this from them. Absolute waste of money.

I emailed them to let them know that i will not be paying for something i didnt damage. Who knows. Maybe they using it as an excuse not to repair it for free although it is under warranty or they caused the liquid damage themselves.

Terrible service. Terrible item to purchase.

And this tablet was around R1600. Not cheap!!
