Bubblegum Tablet a bad Tablets

Both the 7 inch Bubblegum Tablet on 25 Jan 2021 for my son. From the first day I noticed that this is a bad tablets. It was too slow to download apps, battery last a maximum 2 hours and it heat up when charging. While I thought this is bad on day 3 the screen broke. My son can't even recall it falling. There is no scratch or any sign of it falling. The facy cover and glass is still smooth, it was probably thrown on the bed. My son old Tablets, the Alcatel T1 has a broken case, scratches everywhere, many covers were changed but the screen is still working. This one has a facy case that suppose to protect it but not even a facy case can help with poor quality product. Not sure is even worth to repair it.
