Bubblegum Kids Tablet - Battery Life? LOL

so I purchased a bubblegum kids tablet for my daughter from an online store called raru. she used it for a few days only to find out that the battery ONLY literally lasts for 3/4 hours after use. Furthermore, the device heats up a bit while in use. I then searched for reviews online only to find out that these tablets do experience battery issues. I requested for a refund from RARU which they had no issue in doing however I am being charged a 10% handling fee and R35 courier fee. so I enquired what the reason for this is as the product is faulty. they enquired from the supplier and confirmation was received that that is the duration of the battery life. being a kids tablet isn't this pathetic???
