Faulty Bubble gum tanlet

My late dad bought my daughter a beautiful bubblegum tablet for her 04th birthday, 5 mths after her birthday the tablet committed distorted noise from the speaker, as the unit was still under warranty I booked it in yo Feather brook in JhB they failed to repair the unit was sent to Bubblegum in Cape Town as per bubblegum the unit was repair upon collection the tablet was now not coming on. Monine was able to exchange the unit upon receiving g the exchanged unit and my daughter using it for a day the unit wouldn't charge, I contacted Monine and instead if the unit being exchanged as an OBF the unit was collected and repaired, as per Monine there was a wire that had cone loose from the charging port

We received the repaired unit which lasted 3 mths it now wont come on at all I reported th7s toward the end of June, I was I'll from the 07th of July and there gas been no follow up from Bunnle hum .

I contacted bubblegum last week Tuesday and Thursday and Fri spoke to a technician and to Sihle on two occasion explained the issue I was told on fri collection was arranged for Mobday, mo day has come and gone and mo email, mo correspobdanceetc... I called this morning n8w irate and Sihle said hel book it in t9day . At thus point its idiotic to keep repairing a unit with the same fault when the repairs lasts just 3 mths.

The tight and fair think for Monine Sihle etc to do is exchange the unit ASAP
