Inhumane

Really no service from this app developers! My son made an accidental purchase (he is 4) and I immediately reported it to google play and the app developers for a refund. Google does not want to refund me and the app developers doesnt even answer you at all. I used to enjoy a lot of their games but now I will NEVER download ANYTHING from them again. R1400 out of my account. I am livid to say the least. They want to make money off you they dont give a damn about you as a person. Really disappointed and disgusted!
