They rented out a snow machine to me that was not working. The owner called Wayne, telephonically and over email agreed to refund us for the machine and any of the snow liquid brought back to you. Today I did that and was met by hostility from his wife, and their dog who refused to give me a refund and was calling me disgusting and rude. Rudeness is not *******, however theft and ******** is *******. She then locked me in her property in the driveway for 5 minutes until I started recording her, eventually I was asked to leave the property, without a refund.
