Please don't order from this bussiness I am waiting for nearly 2 months every time I am sending them e-mails tracking does not update and get the same answer every time that they have send my requiste for reimbursment but nothing happens I am so frustrated with them

Be aware of Buballon - they are chinese ****mers
I bought 2 hair brushes in June. Now we have end of August. They haven´t even shipped it yet. This company is a chinese ****mer company. They take your money but never deliver.

I bought 2 hair brushes and oil via https://buballoon.com/. I only received one brush. They had a return policy of 30 days. After using the single brush I received, it was clear the product does not work as advertised. I dealt with Emma on *** (no other contact details provided). She apologized for sending half the order and said she would refund and arrnage for collection of the product I do have. She has since then ignored my follow ups, has not refunded and not has sent anyone to collect the very expensive hair brush I brought that does not work. Stay away! False advertising and ********* behaviour. Reviews on their website are clearly **** and made up from their own side.
