BTSL FALSE ADVERTISING

Bought an inverter and was charged for a delivery which is free according to their website.Customer service and aftersales support is non existent with mails not answered by various people, calls dropped and no response whatsoever.Im wondering how one claims for guarantee if they don't respond.Avoid and rather buy from a reputable company not what appears to be a sideshow run from a residence
